Mindberry assists in establishing a healthier relationship with your device by incorporating a guided breathing technique to interrupt prolonged screen time.

Mindberry has enhanced the default Apple screen time block by:
<ul>
 <li>Introducing a “Mindfulness Break” feature, offering an alternative to reducing screen usage.</li>
 <li>Eliminating the “Ignore Limit” button, reinforcing your commitment to decreasing phone usage.</li>
</ul>

HOW IT WORKS
Once you have been using your device continuously for a specific duration, Mindberry will politely prompt you to pause. When the “Have a mindberry” screen appears, you can:
<ul>
 <li>Access the Mindberry app for a brief breathing exercise.</li>
 <li>Refrain from using your phone for 5 minutes (excluding essential iOS applications).</li>
</ul>

You have the flexibility to personalize your mindfulness interruption and break by adjusting settings such as:
<ul>
 <li>Monitored apps</li>
 <li>Duration of screen time before an interruption</li>
 <li>Length of your mindfulness break</li>
</ul>
